Fold, fill, and fire! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make authentic Italian calzones from scratch—starting with fresh dough and finishing with golden, oven-baked perfection. Choose from a variety of savory fillings like mozzarella, ricotta, prosciutto, pepperoni, and seasonal vegetables. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary mimosa during class. 

We will have a server in the classroom to order from our full menu.
