Transport yourself to the rolling hills of Tuscany and discover the art of making the iconic Pici pasta. Italian-trained Chef Martha Leahy will guide you through the process of mixing the dough and hand-rolling this traditional long pasta. In addition, you'll learn the secrets behind the classic Roman sauce, Cacio e Pepe, and enjoy a tasting. By the end of the class, you'll have the skills to recreate this delicious dish at home.

A server will be in the classroom to order from our menu for food and cocktails!
