Roman Dishes: Amatriciana

In this pasta-making class, your instructor will guide you through forming and stretching egg pasta dough into delicate sheets of golden, hand-cut strips. Guests will observe as your instructor demonstrates one of the classic quartet of Roman sauces. The class includes a tasting of the featured dish, paired with our house-made pasta. A server will be available throughout the experience to take additional orders for drinks and menu items.
